Si vous n\u2019avez pas encore re\u00e7u votre jugement de divorce, vous devrez signer une d\u00e9claration sous serment (affidavit) indiquant que vous \u00eates au courant des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canlii.org\/fr\/ca\/legis\/lois\/lrc-1985-c-3-2e-suppl\/derniere\/lrc-1985-c-3-2e-suppl.html\">changements apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la loi<\/a>. Les changements \u00e0 noter concernent l\u2019obligation de recourir au r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends familiaux et le fait que les parties agissent toujours dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des enfants.
