Liverman Arrais is a law firm located in the West Island of Montreal, made up of several experienced litigation lawyers. Mr. F. S. Liverman is one of Montreal’s foremost trial lawyers. Having completed his law degree at the Université de Montréal in 1971, he quickly became one of the city’s top trial lawyers. Three generations of trial lawyers since 1921

The firm’s story begins in 1921, when Mr. F. S. Liverman’s grandfather was admitted to the practice of law. A member of the Bar since 1974, Mr. Liverman is a third-generation lawyer — all of them law graduates of the Université de Montréal.

Ms. Luise Arrais, a partner at the firm, likewise represents the third generation of litigators in her family. She has more than 17 years of experience in Quebec and Brazil. More than a century after that first pleading, this continuity is what our clients find in every case.
