Mr. Liverman continues to practise in the area of litigation, including commercial and corporate law, personal injury and professional liability, real estate law, estate law, labour law for non-unionized employees, criminal law (limited to impaired driving, drug possession and sexual and physical assault) as well as family law.

As a senior lawyer at the firm, he shares his extensive experience with the trial lawyers he mentors. He also continues to argue cases in significant trials.

Coming from a family of lawyers, Ms. Arrais represents the third generation of highly qualified litigators. Professional and attentive, she always strives to protect her clients’ interests.

Ms. Arrais offers her services to clients in the areas of family law, civil law, inheritance law, corporate law and immigration. She provides legal services in French, English and Portuguese.

During her university studies, Ms. Champagne-Wees worked in the community, as part of a tenants’ rights association, which crystallized her interest in social justice and the defence of the rights of vulnerable and marginalized people.

Ms. Champagne-Wees serves our clients with professionalism, attention to detail and empathy, in French and English.

Known for her human-centred approach, Ms. Malek takes the time to fully understand each client’s unique needs. She provides thoughtful and transparent advice throughout the legal process, while ensuring strong and firm representation. Her goal is always to identify the most advantageous option, the one that truly serves the best interests of her clients and their children. Mr. Perlini obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in 1976 and has been licensed to practise for 50 years.
