After practising at large firms, he founded his own firm in 2005, then joined forces with Maîtres Alexandru Mihu and Gilbert Poliquin in 2021.

A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002, he holds degrees in common law (Queen’s University) and civil law (Université de Sherbrooke), as well as a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.

He practises municipal law, commercial law, corporate law and civil law (litigation, construction, contracts, co-ownership, real estate, latent defects).

Maître Draghia is fluent in French, English, Romanian, Spanish and German.

Maître Mihu handles complex cases with rigour and assurance, effectively representing clients before Quebec’s administrative tribunals and courts, as well as before federal bodies.

He has recognized expertise in air law, particularly the Montreal Convention (1999) and air transport regulation.

A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015, he holds degrees in civil law and common law from McGill University, and a Graduate Certificate in air and space law from the McGill Institute of Air and Space Law.

He practises primarily in international air law, federal law, business law and civil law (litigation, contracts, real estate).

Maître Mihu is fluent in French, English and Romanian.

Maître Rioux-Lépine puts her quick wit and determination to work defending clients’ interests before Quebec’s administrative tribunals and courts.

After completing her Bar articling at the firm, she joined the team as a lawyer.

A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2019, she holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.

She practises mainly business law, municipal law, commercial law and civil law (litigation, construction, contracts, co-ownership, real estate, latent defects).

Maître Rioux-Lépine is fluent in French and English.
