ME Alexandru Mihu
Attorney Mihu handles complex cases with rigor and assurance, effectively representing clients before the administrative and judicial tribunals of Quebec, as well as before federal bodies.
He has recognized expertise in air law, particularly in matters of the Montreal Convention (1999) and air transport regulations.
Admitted to the Quebec Bar since 2015, he holds degrees in civil law and common law from McGill University, and a Graduate Certificate in air and space law from the McGill Institute of Air and Space Law.
He practices primarily in international air law, federal law, business law and civil law (litigation, contracts, real estate).
Master Mihu is fluent in French, English and Romanian.

Ariane Rioux-Lépine
Maître Rioux-Lépine puts her quick wit and determination at the service of defending the interests of clients before the administrative and judicial courts of Quebec.
After completing her Bar internship at the firm, she joined the team as a lawyer.
Admitted to the Quebec Bar since 2019, she holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Industrial Relations degree from the University of Montreal.
She practices mainly in business law, municipal law, commercial law and civil law (litigation, construction, contracts, co-ownership, real estate, hidden defects).
Mr. Rioux-Lépine is fluent in French and English.

Gilbert Poliquin - retired lawyer
Poliquin founded his firm in 1995 and then joined Draghia and Mihu as legal counsel in 2021, with whom he had worked closely for years and shared the same address.
After a long and solid career as a legal advisor and resource person to a loyal clientele of air carriers, especially foreign ones, Mr. Poliquin retired in April 2023.
The team draws inspiration and aspires daily to his extraordinary ability to synthesize information and the clarity of his message.
