Me. FS Liverman - Partner
Me. FS Liverman has been a member of the Bar since 1974. He is a third-generation lawyer, his grandfather having started practicing law in 1921. All were law graduates of the University of Montreal.
Me. Liverman continues to practice in the area of litigation, including commercial and corporate law, personal injury and professional liability, real estate law, estate law, labor law for non-unionized employees, criminal law (limited to impaired driving, drug possession and sexual and physical assault) as well as family law.
As a senior lawyer at the firm, he shares his extensive experience with the trial lawyers he mentors. He also continues to argue cases in significant trials.
Me. Luise Arrais - Partner
Me. Arrais is currently a partner in the firm. She has over 17 years of experience in Quebec and Brazil.
Coming from a family of lawyers, Me. Arrais represents the third generation of highly qualified litigators. Professional and attentive, she always strives to protect her clients' interests.
Me. Arrais offers her services to clients in the areas of family law, civil law, inheritance law, corporate law, and immigration. She provides legal services in French, English, and Portuguese.
Me. Rachel Champagne-Wees - Associate
Me. Champagne is a graduate of the University of Montreal. She first joined the firm as an articling student before beginning her practice as a lawyer specializing in family and civil law. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2023 and is also a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
During her university studies, Me. Champagne-Wees worked in the community, as part of a tenants' rights association, which crystallized her interest in social justice and the defense of the rights of vulnerable and marginalized people.
Me. Champagne-Wees serves our clients with professionalism, attention to detail and empathy, in French and English.
Me. Judy Malek - Associate
Me. Judy Malek is a family law attorney dedicated to helping clients with all legal matters related to family life, including separation, divorce, child custody, and child and spousal support. Me. Amanda Kiwan - Associate
Me. Kiwan specializes in family law, civil law, and criminal law.
She joined the firm in October 2023 to complete her bar internship and was officially admitted to the bar in April 2024, joining the firm as a partner shortly thereafter.
A graduate of the University of Montreal in 2022, Me. Amanda Kiwan is committed to providing thoughtful and client-focused legal services.

Me. Jean Malek - ASSOCIATE
Me Jean Malek is a lawyer and assists his clients in advice and litigation in several areas of law, including family law, real estate, consumer protection, inheritance, commercial leases and labor law.

Ms. Cynthia Araman

Ms. Araman holds a bachelor's degree in banking and finance and previously worked as an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai. She joined the firm in 2020 and has since progressed to the position of financial controller, a key role in the firm's operations and strategic management.
In addition to overseeing the firm's financial activities, Ms. Araman is closely involved in the corporate department, where she actively supports corporate mandates, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
Her sustained exposure to complex legal and corporate matters led her to undertake legal studies at the University of Montreal.
Fluent in Arabic, French, English, Spanish and Italian, Ms. Araman plays a key role in the firm's day-to-day operations thanks to her versatility, leadership and solid multidisciplinary expertise.
Ms. Brena Villalobos - Paralegal

Ms. Lis arrais Oliveira - PARALEGAL juridique
Ms. Oliveira is a legal professional with over five years of experience in civil, family, and immigration law. A member of the Brazilian Bar since 2020, she began her career in Brazil before settling in Quebec.
She joined the firm in 2022 and now works part-time as a paralegal, providing assistance in the areas of immigration law, civil law, and family law.
Her work includes drafting legal documents, managing files, and providing support in complex cases. Currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Montreal, Ms. Oliveira is conducting research on how the law adapts to technological innovations.

Mr. Hiago Marques - PARALEGAL JURIDIQUE
Mr. Marques is a litigation paralegal at the firm. He has over eight years of legal experience in Brazil and Quebec. A member of the Brazilian Bar, he practiced criminal, civil, family, and public law in Brazil before moving to Canada.
Since joining the firm, he has devoted himself primarily to litigation assistance, preparing legal documents, legal research, and case management.
Ms. Jenny Ziadeh - Law Student
Jenny Ziadeh is a law student at the University of Ottawa and at the firm. She has practical experience in legal practice, acquired in a demanding environment, and is distinguished by a structured and quality-oriented approach.
She has a particular interest in research and analysis, and works closely with lawyers. Her goal is to transform complex issues into clear, useful, and directly actionable results for case files. Jenny is pursuing her studies with the aim of eventually joining the firm as a lawyer.
Ms. Cheryl Hu - Law Student
Ms. Cheryl is currently a law student at the University of Montreal. She is eager to explore different perspectives within the legal field and hopes to study abroad on several continents. She is very interested in learning and reading, and enjoys playing volleyball in her free time.
